The Facilities Services Division plays a vital role in the operation of ��Ƶapp. Its primary goal is to maintain the University’s facilities and grounds to readily support the academic mission of the University.

The intention is to accomplish this through a proactive management style and philosophy that focuses on maintaining the facilities with efficient and effective preventive, routine and planned maintenance programs. These programs are critical to providing a cost effective operation and essential in deterring the accumulation of deferred maintenance items. Appearance of the campus and its facilities is a primary concern of the Facilities Services staff. It is understood that the perceptions of first time visitors are important and every effort is made to present a clean, well-kept, well-landscaped campus, as well as clean and well-maintained facilities.
