Theatre Arts (B.A.)

Theatre Arts (B.A.)
Students rehearsing lines on stage.
A fine theatre artist or technician should be versed in numerous disciplines.

The theatre program at 橙子视频app allows students to concentrate on a theatre discipline while pursuing a liberal arts education. Our program stresses classroom work, first and foremost, in all academic areas. We believe that a fine theatre artist or technician should be versed in numerous disciplines and have a basic understanding of many areas of study and inquiry. To varying degrees, our theatre program options take advantage of every area of academic study offered at Plymouth State.

In addition to the regular requirements for admission to 橙子视频app, applicants must audition or present a portfolio to be accepted into the major (all options). Requirements vary according to Option; therefore, prospective students should contact the Director of Theatre or Department Chair to receive audition guidelines and to schedule an audition.
